Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Agency Mentorship (the "Service"), operated by Altcutm LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you ("you," "your," or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No Guarantees of Results or Income

AI Agency Mentorship provides educational content, templates, and tools. We make absolutely no guarantees regarding specific income, client acquisition, or business results. Your success depends entirely on your effort, skills, and market conditions. Testimonials are not indicative of typical results.

3. 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee

New members may request a refund within 30 days when every action requirement below has been completed and verifiable proof is submitted. This is an action-based guarantee, not an unconditional satisfaction guarantee and not a guarantee of clients, income or revenue.

Refund requirements:

  • Connected your domain to GoHighLevel
  • Set up your N8N server
  • Connect GoHighLevel to an email outreach system
  • Connect GoHighLevel to a phone system
  • Have a new Agency Website
  • Minimum of 500 outreach
  • 1 X live recorded meeting
  • 30min 1-on-1 if failure to launch
  • Request made within 30 days of joining
  • Email alt@altcutman.com with proof of setup

We require proof of setup to ensure the guarantee is used in good faith. Missing requirements or requests made after 30 days do not qualify. Read the complete guarantee terms.

4. Account, Payments, and Software Tethering (IMPORTANT)

Subscription: Monthly membership billed at $97/month (Founders Rate) or $197/month (Standard).

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until formally canceled.

Usage-Based and Third-Party Charges: The membership price covers the resources and platform access expressly described in the offer. Phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, AI, premium applications, domains, integrations and other consumption-based or third-party services may carry separate charges based on use.

Software Platform Access & Post-Cancellation Fees: Your access to unlimited accounts or sub-accounts on software platforms (specifically including GoHighLevel) is expressly tethered to your active Skool community subscription. If you cancel your Skool subscription, it is your sole and absolute responsibility to clear, offboard, and formally shut down all of your associated GoHighLevel accounts.

Penalty for Abandoned Accounts: If you cancel Skool but fail to clear your GoHighLevel accounts by the end of your billing cycle, you will be automatically charged a maintenance and licensing fee of $97.00 USD per month, per uncleared GoHighLevel account. This charge will be applied to your payment method on file until the accounts are cleared by you.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime by emailing alt@altcutman.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Use of the Service & Intellectual Property

You agree to use the Service lawfully and may not share, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our content, systems, or templates. All materials are the exclusive property of Altcutm LLC. Violation of these terms results in immediate, permanent termination without refund.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTCUTM LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification & Dispute Resolution

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altcutm LLC against any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Zealand.

By using AI Agency Mentorship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
